Dashboards
- Includes predefined reporting Widgets. Widgets can be added to frames where specific device or locations are selected individually or grouped to provide various views of data (Line Charts, Pie Charts, Bar Charts, Images, Text Data, Labels. Frames are gathered together in a single Dashboard to present a static view with customizable backgrounds.

Measurement and Counting
Asset Reporting
- Provides a customizable view of each asset.
- For Instance, Manufacturer, Manufacturer device image, Device Technical Sheet, Maintenance and Inspection activity, Charts for this month event activity, Graphics, Maintenance or inspection photos, Mac Address, IP address, Port Address, Camera Resolution, etc are all fields which can be displayed for any asset.
Advanced Reporting
- Provides sophisticated reporting on the various content within the MyOPSView Solution.
- For instance, creating an average energy or water usage for work days and non-working days by month from previous years and also calculating a standard deviation.
- Followed by generating a current year monthly chart showing the upper and lower limits.
Fire Inspection
- Monitor and report on the fire inspection status of any location; building, office.
- Operators can quickly see which device is causing the alarm using the CAD drawings and view the CCTV cameras in that location.
- The Inspector can indicate that he will be testing that specific device. He can also record if the device (Smoke Detector) is properly reported on the graphic and whether it has a label.
- All of the inspection results, as well as device testing schedule is maintained in MyOPSView for monitoring and reporting to necessary parties.

- Post-COVID, several companies are adopting the Hybrid work model.
- MyOPSView builds upon the locations and graphics foundation of Advancis WinGuard to add other assets such as desks, offices, and conference rooms as datapoints.
- Enabling users to book a desk, office, or conference room for a specific period.
- Reporting allows the understanding of business demand for space.
Maintenance Management
The MyOPSView Maintenance Management allows for ticket creation from four sources:
- WinGuard Operators when handing any WinGuard Event from any Device
- Fire Inspectors when completing the inspection of any device.
- Intrusion Inspectors when completing inspection of any device.
- Maintenance Management Users for maintenance activities not covered in the above three roles.
Visitor Management
- Administer internal users maintaining accurate and up to date documentation to confirm the identity of the visitor.
- Features roles and privileges such as Document Reviewer, Department Manager, Health and Safety, and Security.
- Individual workflows are executed for each visit purpose.
- Vendors can schedule appointments which are approved by the respective internal parties.
